Where to go on holiday? It’s a question pondered over often early in the year. Somewhere new maybe, or return to one of the places not fully explored the first time around. Iceland is one of those and I was reminded why after reading ‘Chasing Colours’, a travel feature about our trip to the Nordic island a few years ago.
